	 a practical way to your daily life.\n\nRetreats include daily Mass\, time
	 for personal prayer and talks on central themes related to living a Chris
	tian life within the circumstances of ordinary\, daily life. There are als
	o opportunities for the Sacrament of Confession and personal spiritual dir
	ection. The retreat is coordinated by Heathgrove (heathgrove.org.au)\, whe
	re the spiritual and doctrinal activities are entrusted to Opus Dei\, a Pe
